  Water is COLD Visability great.  Watch out for the people fishing they dont understand the flags,  they caught my Dive Buddy once!!  Ouch!   the Lobster is pentyfull and sweet  but you need a licence $40.00 per year  for 8 bugs a day.  Dive at night when they are feeding and you can catch your limit in less than 40ft deep  1.5 Pounders

  Do they give Lobster Licenses out to non RI residences?

  No there are no out -of - state lobster licenses in RI. There's not enough bugs for us!

  I didn't get a license this year. Working 3rd shift I don't get much chance to night dive.
  I haven't heard of many diver getting a lot of bugs this year. I mostly take pictures now.
  I haven't been able to get a buddy to dive on Sat or Sun. nites.
