  Anyone been here diving, going over to Koh Samui in April and looking at an overnight visit to the island, also looking for a chance to see whale sharks, hopefully April will be that time of year.

  Chumphon. Big chance to see a whaleshark is at that divesite. Saw one six meters in early december. At Samui, you can live at shangrila bungalow. Cheap and good. Don't know any good divecompany at samui, but I've heard that there is a lot of them.
  
  Right know there is some bullsharks at Chumphon. Don't know when they will be gone.

  Indeed, Chumporn Pinnacle. Try Asia divers or Buddha View.

  Thanks for the replies and some good advice, can't wait to go there now. I looked at a few dive centres and sent out a couple of emails but as yet no reply, will look at the two Johan suggested

  Big blue diving at koh tao is very good.
  
  Also heard that there is some bullsharks at Chumphon now, or at least was. Wish you good luck to see a whaleshark.

  If you do go to Asia Divers say HI to Guy. He was our Course director there. If you go with Buddha View try to find Mark. He was our CD there. If you are British you could go to Crystal Diving. we did our DM with them . The other shops used to call the the British Boys Club. Was still fun though
